My Story

From My Story to Yours

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the person looking back. Not because of how you look, but because of how far you've drifted from who you actually are. I spent years chasing someone else's definition of beauty, measuring my worth against standards that were never mine to begin with.

That journey taught me something I now carry into every session with every client: the most powerful transformation isn't physical. It's the moment you stop comparing and start building for yourself, on your own terms.

I became a certified personal trainer because I wanted to create the experience I needed and never found. A space where strength is personal, where health is holistic, and where every person is coached to showcase their best attributes — not someone else's.

TDEE stands for Total Daily Energy Expenditure — the calories your body burns in a day, including everything from breathing to your workouts.

Understanding your TDEE is the foundation of any smart nutrition plan. It tells you how much fuel your body actually needs, so you can eat with purpose instead of guessing.

This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Your actual needs may vary based on individual factors we will assess together.
