My Story

From My Story to Yours

I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and not recognize the person looking back. Not because of how you look, but because of how far you have drifted from who you actually are.

As a teenager, I competed in beauty pageants. What started as excitement quickly became something heavier. I spent years chasing someone else’s definition of beauty, measuring my worth against standards that were never mine to begin with.

That journey taught me something I carry into every session: the most powerful transformation is not physical. It is the moment you stop comparing and start building for yourself, on your own terms.

Ateneo is that space. And if any part of this resonates with you, it was built for you.

TDEE stands for Total Daily Energy Expenditure. It is the total number of calories your body burns in a day, including everything from breathing and digestion to your workouts and daily movement.

Understanding your TDEE is the foundation of any smart nutrition plan. It tells you how much fuel your body actually needs, so you can eat with purpose instead of guessing.

This calculator uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation. Your actual needs may vary based on individual factors we will assess together.
